Grilled sweet potato with hummus

4 large sweet potatoes
Peanut oil
Rosemary
Salt
deli dip Hummus

Zubereitung


  1. Chop the rosemary and put it in a bowl with some oil (preferably overnight)


  2. Wash the sweet potatoes, peel and cut them into slices


  3. Briefly dip the slices into the oil from both sides and sprinkle some salt


  4. Fry from both sides until golden brown using your BBQ or frying pan


  5. Place some deli dip hummus on each slice and serve
