Crispy pita bread with garlic and Baba Ganoush

A perfect recipe for a movie night or to nibble at a cozy get to together with friends.

You’ll need: One pita bread per person, garlic, olive oil, salt and deli dip Baba Ganoush

Here's how it works: chop the garlic very finely and mix it to a coarse paste with olive oil and salt. Spread the garlic paste inside the bread and place it in the oven at 180 ° until they’re nice and crispy. Cut them into pie sized pieces and serve them together with the deli dip Baba Ganoush.

Our tip: Instead of olive oil, you can also use butter or margarine
