Citrus fruit/herb salad with Tahina dressing

This fresh salad is ideal to finally chase away winter and to at he same time, savour the last citrus fruits of the season.

You’ll need: 1 bowl of deli dip Tahina, 1 lemon, 1 grapefruit, 2 tangerines, 1 large orange, fresh basil, lamb’s lettuce. Here's how it works: Mix half a bowl of deli dip Tahina with the juice of half a lemon. Peel the rest of your citrus fruits all the way round with a sharp knife and cut them into thin slices. Wash the herbs and shred them roughly with your hands. Wash the lamb’s lettuce and marinate everything with your Tahina dressing.
