If you have some cooked cauliflower leftovers, also from “Bröselkarfiol”, then this is just your recipe. For two tacos you’ll need: 2 corn tortillas, some cauliflower florets, 2 tomatoes, ½ red onion, lime juice, salt, pepper, ½ bowl of deli dip guacamole.
And here’s how it works: Put the cauliflower in the oven at 200 °, until golden brown. Spread the tortilla shells flat next to each other until they form the typical taco shape. Dice the tomatoes and the onion and mix them with the lime juice and salt and pepper to make a quick salsa. Fill your tacos with the cauliflower, the tomato salsa and the deli dip guacamole.
Our Tip: You can also bake the cauliflower with some cheese ;)
